Oyo Head of Service Delivers Keynote at Civil Service Training in Ibadan

The Oyo State Head of Service, Mrs Olubunmi Oni, mni today delivered a key note address at a 2-day Capacity Building Programme for senior officers and Oath taking ceremony for the newly recruited administrative officers and the newly converted administrative officers in the State Civil Service held at the Local Government Service Training Centre, Secretariat, Ibadan.
