The Office of the Head of Service (OHoS) is the central agency driving Public Service Management (PSM) in the State. It is saddled with the responsibility of providing leadership, guidance and direction to all Government Agencies in the State and thus serves as the custodian of ethics, ethos, traditions and conventions of the Public Service
It is also the agency that ensures the effectiveness and efficiency of the entire Civil/Public service in the State in developing and executing Government Policies, Plans and Programmes aimed at delivering services to the people in line with the vision of the State Government.
