Nigerian Red Cross Society, Oyo State Branch, led by Engineer Babalola Famade today paid a courtesy visit to the State Head of Service, Mrs Olubunmi Oni mni, the Head of Service was represented by the Permanent Secretary, Dr. Adeyanju Alaruru at the HOS conference room, Secretariat, Ibadan.
